Den rammer mindst 80 % af befolkningen (unge, voksne og \u00e6ldre) mindst \u00e9n gang i livet p\u00e5 grund af \u00e6ndringer i de forskellige strukturer, der udg\u00f8r rygs\u00f8jlen (ryghvirvler, mellemhvirvelskiver, muskler, ledb\u00e5nd &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Den hyppigste \u00e5rsag til disse smerter er mekaniske l\u00e6ndesmerter, som normalt er relateret til overbelastning af musklerne, en diskusprolaps eller gentagne bev\u00e6gelser. I de fleste tilf\u00e6lde kan disse lidelser undg\u00e5s ved at indf\u00f8re gode livsstilsvaner (motion, afbalanceret kost, korrekt kropsholdning &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 den anden side skal man huske p\u00e5, at dette ubehag kan str\u00e6kke sig ud over l\u00e6nden (udstr\u00e5lende l\u00e6ndesmerter) og sprede sig til kroppens underekstremiteter. Desuden kan det vare ved over tid og udvikle sig til kroniske l\u00e6ndesmerter og blive invaliderende.<\/p>\n<h3>Hvad for\u00e5rsager lumbago<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c5rsagerne til rygsmerter er meget forskellige, men har oftest en biomekanisk oprindelse (overanstrengelse, kropsholdning, traume &#8230;). Disse mekaniske l\u00e6ndesmerter, som opst\u00e5r b\u00e5de pludseligt og gradvist, kan v\u00e6re meget smertefulde og blive virkelig begr\u00e6nsende.<\/p>\n<p>De mekaniske \u00e5rsager til l\u00e6ndesmerter \u00e6ndrer rygs\u00f8jlens normale position og uds\u00e6tter dermed ryghvirvlerne for forkert v\u00e6gtbelastning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e5rlige arbejdsstillinger<\/strong>, statiske stillinger og andre holdninger, der f\u00f8rer til overbelastning af et ledb\u00e5nd eller en muskel i ryggen.<\/li>\n<li>Slag eller traumer (frakturer p\u00e5 grund af <strong>osteoporose<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>Gentagne eller pludselige bev\u00e6gelser (gentagne tunge l\u00f8ft, pludselige forkerte bev\u00e6gelser, hyppige b\u00f8jninger og vridninger af overkroppen &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li><strong>En diskusprolaps<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Lumbal facetsyndrom<\/li>\n<li>Kanalstenose (slidgigt i rygs\u00f8jlen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som med andre tilstande er det vigtigt at s\u00f8ge hj\u00e6lp, n\u00e5r smerterne ikke forsvinder eller p\u00e5virker dagligdagen betydeligt. Desuden kan mekaniske l\u00e6ndesmerter blive komplicerede og f\u00f8re til bl.a. kroniske l\u00e6ndesmerter, iskias eller diskusprolaps.<\/p>\n<p>Rygsmerter kan ogs\u00e5 skyldes inflammatoriske \u00e5rsager (inflammatoriske l\u00e6ndesmerter). Denne type l\u00e6nderygsmerter er meget mindre almindelige end mekaniske l\u00e6nderygsmerter. Den skyldes som regel infektioner, tumorer eller alvorlige organiske problemer.<\/p>\n<h3>Symptomer og behandling af l\u00e6ndesmerter<\/h3>\n<p>Selvom symptomerne p\u00e5 l\u00e6nderygsmerter varierer afh\u00e6ngigt af \u00e5rsagen og skadens sv\u00e6rhedsgrad, er de mest almindelige tegn blandt andet st\u00e6rke, dunkende smerter i l\u00e6nden (de kan brede sig til andre dele som balder eller ben), en f\u00f8lelse af stivhed, bev\u00e6gelsesbesv\u00e6r eller tab af fleksibilitet.<\/p>\n<p>Ved diagnosticering er det if\u00f8lge vores specialister i lumbago p\u00e5 Mallorca vigtigt at unders\u00f8ge hvert enkelt tilf\u00e6lde individuelt og bruge instrumenter som patientens sygehistorie, fysisk unders\u00f8gelse og billeddannende tests (n\u00e5r det er n\u00f8dvendigt).
